• There is absolutely no evidence of any increased risk of abnormalities in children fathered by men who have
had testis chemotherapy . Basically, either the sperm works or it doesn't. But it has been found that some
men who have a testis cancer have low or zero sperm count before therapy, so a count should be done to
document fertility before treatment is started and re-evaluated thereafter.
